This clown fish was made for my 2 year nephew Hunter. He is into fish at the moment. Inside is a chocolate mud with a burnt butter chocolate ganache.
Poor Fish..... after!!
Just finished a chocolate layer and chocolate mud cake for Harris' Christening. Finished with a white chocolate ganache and fondant ribbons and spots.
