A Christening Cake for my beautiful God daughter Willow

 

We also had a pink themed sweets table at the restaurant.

 

 

OK! Just finished a lovely high heeled cake! 

There is a chocolate mud cake in the shoe box.

The shoe and all the flowers are edible, all made out of icing sugar.

One bright pink cake with lots of bling, that's  my Aunty to a tee!!
Inside is a Red Velvet cake layered with white chocolate ganache.

This  is one of my classic cakes.

It is a white chocolate mud cake covered in a white chocolate ganache finished with a white chocolate collar and white chocolate stars with a dark chocolate edging.

This cake was created for my daughters school principal.
The cake is a chocolate layer cake, (chocolate cake drowned in syrup and layered in chocolate butter cream).
It is finished in chocolate butter cream with dark chocolate truffles. The sparkly 50 on top is also chocolate and totaly edible.
